Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

Non-returnable items

• Personalised or made-to-order items
• Opened consumables (paints, glues, inks) unless defective
• Gift cards

How to request a return

Go to your Order History, select the order, and choose "Request Return". Our team will arrange a pickup and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days of receiving the item back.

Damaged or wrong item received

Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery via Contact Us with photos of the item and packaging — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping cost to you.
