By using the STADEST website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Payments

We accept UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets via Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery where eligible. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorised, or immediately for COD.

Product information

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur due to manufacturer changes or display settings.

Limitation of liability

STADEST's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery or product unavailability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.
